Halloween Banner Flags (PDF)
The Halloween Banner is a four page PDF document with two flags per page. Use them all or just the ones you like best!
- Print the banner flags on card stock.
- Cut each flag.
- Use a hole punch to punch two holes in the top of each flag.
- Thread jute or twine through the holes to create a banner!
