How To Use The Who Am I Worksheet
- Your name identifies you to others. It’s what you answer to when called. You more than likely have multiple names, like your given name, nicknames, mom, dad, honey: list them all!
- What you do does not define who you are, but it is a good starting point in self-discovery! List the jobs you’ve held, volunteer work you’ve done, and any other work that identifies you, while you have that job.
- Some roles you are born with, others you acquire over time. List the roles you have. Things like daughter, son, mom, dad, wife, husband, and so many more.
- If you had no limitations, what would you do? This is your chance to dream a little.
- You may not feel like you’re good at anything, but you are! List the things you are good at, no matter how insignificant they seem.
- What gets you excited? What could you talk about all day?
- What brings you joy?
- Other people’s words don’t define who you are, but friends often see characteristics in you that you may not realize you have. Ask those closest to you to give you one word that describes you!
- Bring it all together with an I Am elevator pitch of Who You Are, using some of the words you’ve written on this worksheet!
The Who Am I worksheet helps you explore and celebrate the unique person you are!
This printable is made to print on 8-1/2 x 11 US Letter.

Customer Reviews
I used this with a group of teens I work with, and they responded really well to it! The bright design makes it more appealing and the prompts are great for provoking discussion. It was also really easy to download and print - I did it half asleep late at night and still had no problems, ha!
